…Master Gardener Home Composting Workshop – 10:00 Penn State Master Gardeners to conduct home compost workshops where residents will learn how to recycle organic waste from their kitchens and gardens instead of putting it in the trash. Composting is an excellent way to recycle vegetable scraps,grass clippings, leaves, and other organic materials and turn them into a useful and valuable product to naturally improve the soil.

Michele Stefanides reading her children’s book “Tales from Shrimps” – 11:00 Tales From Shrimps is a new picture book for toddlers and preschoolers. Join the Shrimp Family—Mama, Papa, Harper, and Molly—as they swim from one adventure to another!
